David is well known in the Scottish fitness community for his unusual/challenging workouts.

With over 20 year experience of training in the British Military Oscar brings an old school approach to the Performance Lab team.

Oscar holds qualifications in coaching as a level 3 UK Athletics coach, specalising in endurance and strength, level 1 football coach and a foundation level ski coach along with a diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage are on his CV. Endurance, core strength and aerobic workouts guaranteed every Tuesday!
